2001 - The development Eden View at Stander Street with 9 townhouses;
2002 - Fairview - 88 townhouses;
2003 - Restaurant & Hospitality Study Class at Outeniqua High School;
2004 - Fairview Gardens - 68 townhouses
2006 - Fairview Office Park - Office complex with 19 buildings;
2007 - New classrooms at Outeniqua High School
- Fairview Manor (Block of flats with 30 units)
- Fairview House (Three storey Office Block);
2008 - Innikol Hartenbos – 88 Flats
2008/2009 Advance planning for construction of 220 retirement village units at Kraaibosch
